Shipping Policy
Shipping is only available to the Lower 48 States of the USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and any international shipping). All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped with tracking information. Please note that we only ship orders on Wednesdays, for delivery Thursday through Friday.
Instructions/Storage
Dip ships with ice packs, which may thaw in transit. Remove promptly and refrigerate until ready to enjoy. May be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
